Issue No. 10 opens on a rain-streaked view of downtown Raleigh's glass towers, then drifts through gardens in full azalea bloom before pausing on a bride laughing upside-down in a cascade of tulle, and closes beneath a howling metal wolf sculpture lit by the day's last light.
